Lenovo’s 15-Inch Gaming Laptop Set for Worldwide Release
Lenovo has officially confirmed the global release of its new 15-inch gaming laptop, the Legion 7a 15ASH11, which features an impressive 48 GB of VRAM. This announcement comes a few months after the laptop’s initial reveal at MWC 2026 in Barcelona, where some key hardware details were not yet disclosed.
High-End Hardware Backed by AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 392
The Legion 7a 15ASH11 is powered by AMD’s Ryzen AI Max+ 392 APU, the same processor found in the TUF Gaming FA401EA, but enhanced with a 15% larger battery. This setup is expected to deliver gaming performance comparable to the ROG Flow Z13, a popular gaming model reviewed last year.
Lenovo offers the Legion 7a with either 32 GB or 64 GB of LPDDR5X-8000 RAM, allowing up to 48 GB of VRAM to be dynamically allocated to its integrated Radeon 8060S iGPU. This ample VRAM allocation benefits demanding gaming titles and graphics-intensive applications. Related coverage: Thunderobot Unveils AMD Mini PC with Up to 96GB VRAM for AI Tasks.

Its keyboard is designed with 1.5 mm of key travel and 0.3 mm key dish depth, featuring single-zone RGB lighting to enhance the gaming atmosphere without overwhelming the user.
