Amazfit has expanded its Helio Armband accessory lineup in Europe with the launch of a new Light Gray variant made from polyamide and spandex. This addition complements the existing Black/Nylon version already available in the region.
Amazfit Helio Armband Offers Improved Heart Rate Accuracy
The Helio Armband stands out by being worn on the upper arm rather than the wrist, a design choice that enhances heart rate monitoring accuracy. By positioning the sensor closer to the heart, the device reduces common measurement interference caused by wrist movements and grip strain during vigorous workouts.
Measuring 22 mm in width and approximately 16.14 inches in length, the armband fits arm circumferences ranging from about 10.62 to 16.53 inches, ensuring a secure fit for most users. Related coverage: Amazfit Adds Eight New Features to Cheetah 2 Pro Smartwatch.
New Light Gray Color Now Available Across Europe
The Light Gray Helio Armband features a subtle white Amazfit logo repeated around the band, adding a modern aesthetic touch. Following its release in the US earlier in 2026, the accessory became available in European countries such as France, Spain, and Italy. It is priced at €14.90, matching the cost of the original black version.
While the UK listing shows the Light Gray armband with the same recommended retail price, it is currently out of stock. The availability of the third Charcoal Black/Nylon colorway in Europe remains unconfirmed.
Benefits Over Wrist-Worn Fitness Accessories
Compared to the standard Helio Strap worn on the wrist, the Helio Armband offers a more reliable fit during intense physical activity. This stability helps maintain consistent contact with the skin, essential for accurate heart rate data collection. Fitness enthusiasts who require precise monitoring during workouts may find the Helio Armband a valuable alternative.
Currently, all three Helio Armband variants are reportedly sold out on Amazfit’s official online store, indicating strong demand for this wearable fitness accessory.
